ECLIPSERMM / WINDOWS ADMINISTRATION
Every Device. One IT Portal.
Organize enrolled Windows devices, inspect connectivity, run authorized PowerShell and manage agent removal from one authenticated portal.
01 / IN PRACTICE
Put ownership first
The current hierarchy is one customer user, one subscription, multiple organizations and their enrolled devices. Choose the organization before creating enrollment authorization. A legacy membership record is not a shortcut into another customer’s account.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Use connectivity as evidence
Online status reflects recent authenticated heartbeats; Offline reflects heartbeat expiry. Last-seen timestamps provide context. Keep disconnected endpoints in view while you investigate the network or wait for the device to return.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Move from status to a scoped action
For an enrolled and authorized device, use PowerShell to inspect system details or service state. Read the actual output and completion status. Commands and uninstall actions require authorization and are audited.
04 / IN PRACTICE
Close the lifecycle correctly
Use the dashboard’s Uninstall action when the agent should be removed. Confirm the target and inspect the final status. Uninstall revokes access; reinstalling later requires a legitimate enrollment path, not restoration of a revoked credential.
